1 Introduction

8 Casino & Slots

9 Player Conduct

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Bonus Games reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login or transactional activity for 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach of these Terms, Bonus Games will conduct a review. If the review concludes that a breach occurred, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player following the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
